Holly Ryan accepts all major credit cards.

All orders must be paid in full. The total of your order will be charged to your card once the order has been placed.

Bespoke quotes are valid for one month only. This is due to constant changes in the economy which affect gold and gemstone prices. 

Bespoke consultation fees will be subtracted from the final amount, but forfeited if the order is not confirmed and paid for within one month. This is because quotes are subject to change with material availability and price fluctuations.

Each piece of Holly Ryan Jewellery is individually hand-made to order and can take between 6-12 weeks to produce unless the piece is in stock.

HR Bespoke pieces are not valid for refund or exchange. Please ensure you have chosen the correct ring size as a resizing fee will be charged for incorrect sizes. Please note not all rings can be resized. 

The design process is based around experimentation and each piece will vary slightly from the one pictured online. The lost wax casting method is sometimes used which ensures you will be the only one to own your piece. If you would like your piece to be exactly the same as the one pictured online please specify via email.

Variations in stone colours, overall shape, texture and finish may occur.
