All consultations are one hour and held in person or via zoom.

A redeemable consultation fee of $250/hour will be charged prior to your consultation.

Holly Ryan offers a resizing service on eligible rings. Resizing fees start at $150 AUD for a ring without stones, and $350 AUD with stones.

Please note some rings cannot be resized or resizing may alter the design of the ring. Providing the correct ring size initially will be most cost and time effective for both parties.

To maintain the integrity of your Holly Ryan piece, we recommend using a professional cleaning service or a metal-specific polishing cloth.

Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower, pool, or ocean, and remove it when washing dishes. Chlorine, salt, and harsh chemicals can damage or discolour precious metals and stones.

Rings should be removed before exercise, lifting, or manual work to prevent bending, chipping, or distortion to the ring or stones. 

Store your piece in a dry, secure place — ideally in the complimentary Holly Ryan jewellery box — to protect it from moisture and scratches.

Perfume, lotions, and other cosmetics can react with metals and stones. Apply them first, and allow them to dry fully before wearing your jewellery.
